एसजीएस कॉलेज की छात्रा से कालेज परिसर में दुष्कर्म का मामला सुर्ख़ियों में(SIDHI COLLEGE RAPE CASE)
फेसबुक से हुई थी छात्रा की आरोपी से जान पहचान
MP SIDHI NEWS: खबर मध्य प्रदेश के सीधी(SIDHI ) जिले के थाना कमर्जी क्षेत्र से जहां आरोपी मोहम्मद रईस मंसूरी, पिता मुमताज मोहम्मद कमर्जी थाना अंतर्गत कुसपरी गांव का रहने वाला है। आरोपी और छात्रा की जान पहचान तकरीबन1 साल पूर्व फेसबुक के माध्यम से हुई थी। छात्रा से मिलने के बहाने आरोपी ने रेप जैसी जांघन्य वारदात को अंजाम दिया है।

आरोपी के द्वारा छात्रा को एसजीएस कॉलेज के पीछे घनी झाड़ियों के बीच ले गया और पीड़िता से दुष्कर्म किया है हालांकि वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक मुकेश कुमार श्रीवास्तव के निर्देशानुसार जमोड़ी थाना प्रभारी तथा थाने में तैनात महिला सब इंस्पेक्टर वंदना द्विवेदी ने मामला दर्ज कर महज 1 घंटे के अंदर ही आरोपी को घेरा बंदी करते हुए गिरफ्तार कर लिया था।इस पूरे मामले को लेकर क्षेत्र में इस तरह की जन चर्चाएं लोगों में व्याप्त हो चुकी हैं कि जिस तरह से हाल ही में सीधी जिले के बहरी थाना क्षेत्र से एक हरिजन आरोपी के प्रताड़ना से तंग आकर युवती ने खुदकुशी की थी.
चल सकता है बुलडोज़र
जहां जिला प्रशासन के निर्देशन के बाद उसके आशियाने में बुलडोजर चलाकर घर को नेस्तनाबूद कर दिया गया था।
ठीक उसी प्रकार अब इस तरह की जाघन्य वारदात रेप जैसी घटना को कालेज परिसर के पीछे मुस्लिम युवक द्वारा अंजाम दिया गया है तो क्या अब इस दरिंदे घर पर ही बुलडोजर चलाकर फिर एक बार प्रशासन लोगों को हिदायत दे पाएगी या नहीं ।
मामले की जारी है पड़ताल
पूर्व में जिस तरह से मध्य प्रदेश के मामा शिवराज भांजिओ के सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से यह कहे थे कि किसी भी अपराधी को बख्शा नहीं जाएगा तो अब क्या उनकी बातो पर प्रशासन कितना अमल करता है यह तो देखने वाली बात होगी।
फिलहाल इस पूरे मामले को लेकर अभी कुछ कहा नहीं जा सकता कि कॉलेज प्रबंधन की लापरवाही थी या युवती की मनमानी।

MP SIDHI NEWS: The news is from police station Kamarji area of Sidhi district of Madhya Pradesh where accused Mohammad Rais Mansoori, father Mumtaz Mohammad is a resident of Kuspari village under Kamarji police station. The life of the accused and the student was identified about 1 year ago through Facebook. On the pretext of meeting the girl, the accused has committed a heinous crime like rape.

The accused took the girl student behind the SGS College among the dense bushes and raped the victim, however, according to the instructions of Senior Superintendent of Police Mukesh Kumar Srivastava, Jamodi police station in-charge and Vandana Dwivedi, a female sub-inspector posted in the police station, registered the case for just 1 hour. Inside, the accused was arrested by siege.Such public discussions have become prevalent in the area regarding this whole matter that the way in which a young woman had committed suicide recently after being fed up with the harassment of a Harijan accused from the Bahari police station area of Sidhi district.
Bulldozer can run
Where after the direction of the district administration, the house was destroyed by running a bulldozer in his house.
In the same way, now such a heinous incident like rape has been carried out by a Muslim youth behind the college premises.
So will the administration be able to instruct the people once again by running a bulldozer at this poor house?The investigation of the case continues
In the past, the way Madhya Pradesh’s maternal uncle Shivraj had said that no criminal would be spared, from the point of view of security, now it will be a matter to be seen how much the administration implements his words.
At present, nothing can be said about this whole matter whether it was the negligence of the college management or the arbitrariness of the girl.
