Rewa, Madhya Pradesh: Former Member of Parliament and renowned spiritual storyteller (Kathavachak) Dr. Ramvilas Vedanti Maharaj passed away today during treatment at the Super Specialty Hospital in Rewa. His sudden demise has sent a wave of grief across the district and among his followers nationwide.
According to sources, Dr. Vedanti Maharaj was participating in a religious discourse at Bhatwa village near Vinod Lal village, where a multi-day spiritual program was underway. The religious narration was scheduled to continue until December 17, but tragedy struck before its completion. During the discourse, Maharaj reportedly experienced severe chest pain and acute restlessness, following which his health rapidly deteriorated.
